Online Courses



 On this page I will add links to Shamanic Practitioners/Teachers who offer online training. This idea seems anti shamanic to most people (including me) but since the draconian restrictions on travelling and meeting in groups imposed by governments because of the fake Covid 19 hoax plandemic, a lot of teachers have given in to the tech fascists and started offering online courses as a way of earning a living. Where possible all these teachers offer real world, face to face workshops as well depending on governmental restrictions.

My favourite teacher of Therapeutic Core Shamanism, Paul Francis has eventually transferred all his courses onto an online format and it was well worth waiting for! Visit the Three Ravens College and delve into a world of wonder and healing.

 I recommend Sarita Sol at Solhenge. She is by far the most enthusiastic shamanic teacher I have discovered and her lessons are a real joy. I also recommend her YouTube channel for amazing free guided meditations. Sarita teaches a very unusual blend of Shamanic wisdom. She was trained in Bee Shamanism at the Lyceum School, UK. She is wise enough to see through all the political shenanigans that are a major part of our lives and some of her YouTube healing meditations are designed to help you free your mind from the brainwashing and your body from the poisons in the fake "vaccines". (though Google/YouTube do delete a lot of her "controversial" videos).

The Way of the Buzzard is a Celtic/British influenced school of Core Shamanism based in Lancashire, UK. It is run by two lovely, friendly people called Jason and Nicola. They offer a subscription service to their "Mystery School" online as well as real world events in Nature. Very active and supportive private Facebook group for Mystery School members. Well worth a look. I was a member of The Buzzard Tribe until I discovered they believed "covid" was a real thing.

Eco Shamanism is run by Mandy Pullen and friends in Gloucestershire, UK. They run online courses and events as well as real world activities in Nature. Based on Core Shamanism with an ecological emphasis.

The Centre for Shamanism is run by Rhonda McCrimmon who is based in Scotland. Rhonda runs a lot of online courses and workshops and some live, real world workshops in Nature. She also has a very active Facebook support group. This is Core Shamanism with a faintly Celtic flavour.

The Crafty Herbalist is a Belgian lady called Kristine who lives in the Chiltern Hills in the UK. She runs online training courses in Western (British and European) Medical Herbalism and does consultations via Zoom.

Tensegrity® was developed by American author, anthropologist and shaman, Carlos Castaneda and his cohorts, Carol Tiggs, Taisha Abelar and Florinda Donner-Grau.

Castaneda, starting with The Teachings of Don Juan, wrote a series of books that describe his training with his shaman-teacher, don Juan Matus, who taught him everything he knew about energy, how to cultivate it within ourselves and then use it in our everyday lives. The Last Post

This is the last post on this blog. I have spent over 5 years looking into what has become a "trendy" spiritual path for the unenlightened and curious. Although this is the "last post", I will be updating and adding stuff from time to time. As I have said elsewhere - no urban Westerner is ever going to become a Shaman (unless you get as lucky as Carlos Castaneda). Despite many "experts" criticism of Castaneda, I cannot recommend his books enough - to me, they are essential reading. The past 5 years of exploration have not changed my view on that. I have found that certain people have lied about their qualifications and abilities regarding the Shamanic Path in order to relieve gullible folks of their hard earned cash. I know everybody has to earn a living in this crazy materialistic world we live in but I believe that REAL spiritual teachings should be given freely if the student is sincere - as with Castaneda and Don Juan Matus. Finding My Power Animal

This is a record of my 4th or 5th shamanic journey. It is the second journey that I recorded in my journal. My journeys these days are less formalised and I tend to know where I am going - but these were early days. All I had to guide me were the (very good) instructions in Paul Francis ' book "The Shamanic Journey". I shall write exactly what I wrote down in my journal after the journey. This was written originally on October 1st 2018 at 7 am. I started to play a 30 minute drumming track. I set my intention to find my Power Animal by asking the "Great Spirit" to help me find my Power Animal on this journey. I left my body dressed in my monks habit with a hood. I seem to always don this garb when journeying (Note :- I no longer do this. My attire changes according to the nature of the journey). Stone Age, New Age or Virtual Reality Simulation?

 Here's the thing - "Shamanism" is just one word but it can mean all kinds of different things to different people. I have just started doing the First Steps course with Paul Francis and the Three Ravens College of Therapeutic Shamanism - more as a refresher for myself than an attempt to learn something new. (I have read all Pauls' books, so I am very familiar with his take on Core Shamanism). Paul is a great teacher but there is one thing he is very dogmatic about (an unshamanic trait) and that is his insistence that the "Lower World" is a pristine environment as would have been experienced by hunter gatherer humans living in what we call the "Stone Age". I am not saying he is wrong but this is not a universal belief among shamanic people.
